La Importancia del Servicio Industrial de la Marina Iquitos y sus Contribuciones al Desarrollo Sostenido de la Región Amazónica

Abstract

El Servicio Industrial de la Marina Iquitos (SIMAI) es una empresa pionera en la Amazonía que ha hecho posible el desarrollo de esta importante región a través de los años mediante la construcción de naves fluviales que llevan el progreso e interconectan las más remotas poblaciones. Durante el desarrollo de la presente investigación se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones acerca de la importancia y la contribución al desarrollo del SIMAI: Qué el nivel de las políticas del Servicio Industrial de la Marina- Iquitos contribuyen en el desarrollo económico de la región Amazónica; que el nivel de las estrategias diseñadas por el Servicio Industrial de la Marina- Iquitos favorece en el desarrollo social de la región Amazónica; que el nivel de los enfoques de gestión del Servicio Industrial de la Marina- Iquitos interviene en el desarrollo y conservación del medio ambiente en la región Amazónica y que en forma general el Servicio Industrial de la Marina- Iquitos contribuye en el desarrollo de la región Amazónica. Finalmente, se exponen las recomendaciones que se espera contribuyan en futuros cambios a nivel de la gestión del SIMAI en su contribución al desarrollo sostenible de la región Amazónica.

The Industrial Service of the Navy Iquitos (SIMAI, as per its Spanish acronym) is a pioneer enterprise in the Amazon that has made possible the development of this important region over the years through the construction of riverine vessels that bring progress and interconnect the most remote populations. During the development of the hereby research, we arrived at the following conclusions about the importance and the contribution to the development of SIMAI: that the level of policies of the Industrial Service of the Navy Iquitos (SIMAI) contributes to the economic development of the Amazon region; that the level of the designed strategies by the SIMAI favors the social development of the Amazon Region; that the level of management approaches of SIMAI intervenes in the development and conservation of the environment in the Amazon region and that in the general form the SIMAI contributes to the development of the Amazon region. Eventually, the recommendations are presented hoping to contribute to future changes in the management level of SIMAI in its contribution to the sustainable development of the Amazon region.
