Imagen Objetivo del Personal Naval y Lineamientos de Acción Sicológica.

Abstract

El tratamiento del tema encuentra una importancia significativa, dada la actual situación social política y económica, la misma que se ve agravada por el accionar subversivo, afectando seriamente la cohesión institucional de la Marina de Guerra del Perú así como el eficiente desempeño de sus integrantes. Es por ello que su mérito más destacable se fundamenta en el afán de aportar un conjunto de lineamientos y orientaciones que permitan el fortalecimiento de la imagen institucional, de manera tal que la Marina de Guerra del Perú y la totalidad de sus integrantes continúen brindando el servicio desinteresado y sacrificado que la Patria les ha confiado. Al respecto, la Marina de Guerra del Perú se preocupa de crear conciencia en su personal de que la elección debe ser por el verdadero significado y sentido de los objetos de la realidad y se pueda valorarlos auténticamente, dando sustento a los valores institucionales, que constituyen el “Deber Ser” que todo marino debe alcanzar.

The treatment of the subject meets a significant importance, given the current social, political and economic situation, the same that it has been getting worse by the subversive action, affecting severely the Institutional Cohesion of the Peruvian Navy, as well as the efficient performance of its members. For that reason its most remarkable merit is based on the will to contribute to a series of guidelines and orientations that will allow the strengthening of the institutional image, in such a way that the Peruvian Navy and the whole of its members keep giving uninterested service and sacrifice that Homeland has trusted them. On this regard, the Peruvian Navy concerns about creating awareness in its people, selection must be by true meaning and sense of the objects of reality, and it can authentically value them, giving support to the institutional values, constituting the “Must Be” that every seaman must achieve.
