Optimización del Consumo de Energía Eléctrica del Centro Médico Naval.

Abstract

En la Tesis aborda la Optimización del Consumo de Energía Eléctrica del Centro Médico Naval, se estudia, desde el punto de vista objetivo y documental, los altos índices de consumo energético que se registran en el Centro Médico Naval, evaluándose las acciones ejecutadas hasta la fecha (2001), así como las recomendaciones diversas que se han obtenido del Programa de Ahorro de Energía del Ministerio de Energía y Minas tales como la implementación de un sistema de Auditoria energética. Los autores determinan la conveniencia de la adopción del sistema de Gerenciamiento de la Energía el cual fuera propuesto con anterioridad por una empresa privada, además de reemplazo de equipos e implementación de nuevos sistemas de ahorro de energía, sustentando que ello reducirá significativamente el consumo de Energía Eléctrica en el Centro Médico Naval.

The thesis treats on the Optimization of Electric Power Consumption of the Navy’s Health Care Center, it is studied from the documentary and objective view, the high index of power consumption that is recorded in the Navy’s Health Care Center evaluating the actions executed up to now (2001) as well as the diverse recommendations that were obtained from the Power Saving Program of the Ministry of Energy and Mines such as the implementation of energy audit system. The authors determine the convenience of the adoption of the Management Energy System which was proposed previously by a private enterprise, moreover the replacement of equipment and implementation of new energy saving systems, supporting that it will significantly reduce the Electric Power Consumption of the Navy’s Health Care Center.
