Relevancia del rol de las Fuerzas Armadas del Perú de garantizar la independencia, soberanía e integridad territorial ante las amenazas que enfrenta el Estado peruano en el año 2022

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo identificar el nivel de relevancia de las Fuerzas Armadas del Perú para garantizar la independencia, soberanía e integridad territorial, ante las amenazas que enfrenta el Estado en el año 2022. En relación con la metodología, la investigación se basó en un enfoque cualitativo, de tipo descriptivo, transversal y documental. Asimismo, se empleó el método inductivo y hermenéutico, orientado a la interpretación de textos, que permitió evaluar las diferentes etapas de la investigación aplicando las técnicas de entrevista y análisis documental para la recopilación de información y análisis de contenido. Las etapas fueron las siguientes: planteamiento del marco teórico y normativo en el contexto nacional e internacional, realización de entrevistas a personal experto, determinación del alcance y características propias en la coyuntura internacional, la relación entre las Fuerzas Armadas, la Política Exterior y la Soberanía, evaluación de ejemplos históricos actuales en la región, asimismo, la determinación del nivel de relevancia de la participación de las Fuerzas Armadas del Perú para cumplir su rol primigenio. En ese sentido, la investigación permitió sustentar que el nivel de relevancia de las Fuerzas Armadas del Perú para garantizar la independencia, soberanía e integridad territorial ante las amenazas que enfrenta el Estado en el año 2022. Al respecto, se considera que los hallazgos alcanzados podrán contribuir como fuente de información, orientado a determinar la prioridad en la asignación de los recursos necesarios para su defensa por parte de las autoridades competentes.

The purpose of this research was to identify the level of relevance of the Peruvian Armed Forces to guarantee the independence, sovereignty, and integrity of the territory faced with the threats facing the government in 2022. As for the methodology, the research was based on a qualitative, descriptive, cross-sectional, and documentary approach. Likewise, the inductive and hermeneutic method was used, oriented to the interpretation of texts, allowing the assessment of the different research stages by using interview and documentary analysis techniques for the collection of information and content analysis. The stages were as follows: establish the national and international theoretical and regulatory framework approach, interview experts, determine the scope and characteristics of the international situation, the relationship among the Armed Forces, Foreign Policy and Sovereignty, assess current historical examples in the region, determine the level of relevance regarding the participation of the Peruvian Armed Forces in the pursuance of their original role. In this regard, the research allowed to validate the level of relevance of the Peruvian Armed Forces to guarantee independence, sovereignty, and integrity of the territory faced with the threats facing the government in 2022. Therefore, these findings may contribute as a source of information, aimed at determining the priority for the allocation of the necessary resources for their defense made by the competent authorities.
